Feeling okay so far. A little tired but nothing unmanageable.

Breakfast 12:30pm

Vanilla shake

Tasty, a little gritty but flavoursome.

Lunch 3:50pm

Mushroom soup

Nice. Not a fan of mushroom but pretty creamy.

Snack 6:45pm

Toffe chew bar

Lovely. Will definitely reorder.

Water x 3l, black coffee x 4, Costa peppermint tea X1
